How we handle information about visitors to thecentienclinic.com, people who contact us, and subscribers to The Centien Newsletter.
Who we are
The Centien Clinic Limited runs this website and is the controller of the information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, number 17361027, with our registered office at The Forge, Church Street, Woodhurst, Huntingdon, PE28 3BN. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZC229034.

We do not need them to reply to you. If you include any, we use them only to reply and then delete them.
What we collect
If you contact us, we collect your name, location, email address, telephone and WhatsApp number, and what you write or tell us. If you subscribe to The Centien Newsletter, we collect your name and email address and the website you subscribed on. If you accept analytics, we collect information about how you use this website, through cookies. We also receive the basic technical information any website needs to deliver a page, such as your IP address.
Why we use it
Who handles it for us
Curia Health LLP (registered in England and Wales, OC447029) receives and answers enquiries and sends the newsletter for us as our data processor, under a written agreement. The suppliers involved are Google, which provides email and analytics; Framer, which hosts this website and its forms; and Mailchimp, run by Intuit Inc., which sends the newsletter.
The Centien Clinic Limited is not yet trading and does not currently provide any service. If you ask about a service that is available now, we will tell you who provides it. If you then choose to go ahead, that organisation becomes responsible for what you give it, under its own privacy notice.
Where your information is held
Some of these suppliers are based in the United States or may process data there. Where information goes there, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe, except that we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again by mistake. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, to object, and to withdraw consent where we asked for it. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time. To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
